This program is designed to provide a unique opportunity where you can engage with an Industry expert on a particular area. It could be technical or general management, which you can work upon with your mentor. The goal of a mentorship program is to accelerate the personal and professional development of mentees. This is achieved by providing mentees with guidance, advice, and feedback from mentors with more experience than themselves.

Shabeen Mazhar

Shabeen is a vibrant and challenge inspired coach and a facilitator, her fascination with neurosciences, human mindset and behavioral change enables her to channel her competencies to enhance peoples performance. She brings with her more than 8 years of diverse corporate work experience. She has worked in the field of Research, Retail Channel Management, Supply Chain and Logistics with reputable companies.

Coaching and Trainings has always been a passion for Shabeen and her core areas of strength are Personal Development, Goal setting, Peak Performance, Emotional Wellbeing, Positive Mindset, Communication skills, Stress & Change Management. As a coach she is passionate about bringing a sustainable change in peoples mindsets and habits and has created breakthrough for many of her clients. Shabeen is an ICF-accredited Mindset & Performance Coach, Master NLP Practitioner accredited by ABNLP, Certified Corporate Trainer. Moreover she has a MBA degree in Finance by IOBM, and is a CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) by APICS.

Omer Zulfiqar

Omer has over 15 years of diverse experience in Strategic Management, Leadership, New Portfolio/Channel Development, Business Development, Policy Formulation, Project Execution, Operations Efficiency, P&L and Cashflow Management. 

At present, Omer is working as General Manager Strategic Procurement (Mechanical, Projects and Plant Services) at Engro. Prior to that he was associated with Jaffer Brothers Pvt Limited and managing five key business divisions. Omer had also served at Descon Engineering Limited (DEL) and Akzonobel Pakistan Limited. During his stay at Descon Engineering Limited, he was the key member of the proposal and contract development team for the very first turnkey 50 MW Wind Power Project in Pakistan.

With a degree in Chemical Engineering, Omer has taken numerous professional development courses from LUMS to equip himself with the changing market dynamics.

 

Ahmed Aftab

Ahmed is a top-tier senior Information Technology executive with over 20 years of local and internationals market experience including Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. His last assignment was Head of IT, Hub Power Services Limited. His Specialties include planning, directing, and implementing Information Technology projects and effectively managing the infrastructure environments, Project Management specially in dynamic and fast changing environments and keen interest in Design and conducting trainings on Leadership and team management skills.

Ahmed has done his Masters in Software Engineering, and has attended many personal development courses from recognized institutes. He is a certified Trainer and Member of Toastmasters International.

Mansoor Masood

Mansoor has a highly diversified experience around 39 years in FMCG, Beverage, Dairy, Retail, Commodity, & Power sector. He has worked in Government, public and private entities across the globe including Pakistan, US, UAE and KSA. He is currently serving as Head of Sales & New Connection, K-Electric.

Mansoor is a Business Graduate with many courses in technical, and commercial sector. Along with his Master’s degree, he has also done diplomas and many personal development courses from LUMS and other recognized institutes. He is a certified coach and has been imparting lecture to Business Universities. He is a member of SCAP and Chartered Member of CILT, UK.
