Maham is an energetic HR professional with in-depth understanding of business needs, striving to work hard in a challenging environment, integrating creative leadership skills to achieve business results. With around a decade of broad based and progressively responsible experience in global firms, she has built proven expertise in the areas of Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement & Learning and Organizational Development. Her core Strengths include effective communication, focused approach, people management & planning.

She is a graduate from Institute of Business Administration in HR and Marketing. She has attended professional trainings/certifications in HR, Leadership and Train the Trainer. She currently works for a Pharma MNC as Global Talent Strategy Partner.

Maha Mustafa

Maha is a results-driven Human Resource professional with over 8 years of experience in multiple disciplines including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Finance Business Partner. Having kick-started her career in Finance, she later realized she had a passion for Strategic Human Resources and so she moved on to make a career in HR. Her experience comprises a proven track record in the areas of Benefits Analysis, Compensation & Benefits, SAP and Data Integration, across big companies in energy sector.

She is a graduate of Institute of Business Administration and has completed her CIPD level 5 Diploma. She is currently working at National Foods as HR Business Partner. Being a mother of two and an HR enthusiast she is an advocate and an example of balancing work, passions, and family life.

Gull Zareen Khan

Gull is a HR professional focusing areas of HR Business Partner for Excellence and Optimization, using Analytics as a major tool. To add value across her portfolio, she keeps abreast of the constant changes and complexities of the industry, business, and geography that she supports and build strong relationships across the organization. She believes that it’s important for HR professionals to create value for the business and set the highest personal standards.

She is Master’s in HRM from Bedfordshire University, UK, Master’s in Applied Linguistic and Master’s in English Literature, Kinnaird College, Lahore. She has attended professional trainings/certifications in OD Analyst, Compensation/Benefits, Mercer Job Evaluation & Structuring and Train the Trainer.

She’s a trainer and is a visiting faculty member at various universities and currently works for Engro Polymer as Manager Rewards.

Syed Zahir

Zahir has about 12 years of diverse experience in energy sector where he has worked in different domains including Business Development, Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy & Commercial. He has profound interest in Mining and Oil & Gas and write articles on energy policy in reputable newspapers.

His key achievements include developing market for coal purchasers, strategize import substitution in existing coal market, EPC contracting strategy for mine expansion, prepare case for business opportunities in Energy, Infrastructure and Mining sectors.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology and MBA in Finance / Project Management from Institute of Business Administration. He has attained certifications in Energy Risk Professional from GARP and Contract Development, Negotiation and Management from IFPSM. Zahir is currently working with Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) as Senior Manager Commercial & Business Development.
