Atika is seasoned Learning and Development professional, Certified Facilitator, Trainer and Coach, Gamification Expert, Certified Situational Leadership Trainer and 7 Habits Master Coach and a Member of ATD, The Association for Talent Development. She has over ten years’ experience in various industries including FMCGs, Oil & Gas and Power sector.

She primarily deals in areas of leadership development, cultural change and talent development initiatives including Diversity & Inclusivity and well-being. Her last position was head of learning & development with a billion-dollar company where she was part of massive learning and development interventions for core and non-core business units.

Through her career, she had worked with business Leaders to help them gain a greater understanding of their full potential by introducing effective and impactful programs on Communication Skills, Team Building & Collaboration and Management Development that focused on bringing change from within.

Atika’s motto is to impact lives of working professionals by helping them become a better version of themselves. She holds master’s degree in business administration in the field of HR.
